Own the facilitation and execution of Agile Release Train (ART) activities for 5 to 15 cross-functional teams (50 to 125 people) to deliver software, hardware, and acoustics features.
Ensure alignment, synchronization, and flow across multiple teams, coordinating dependencies, risk management, and compliance embedding in delivery.
Lead ART ceremonies (PI Planning, ART syncs, system demos) and drive performance metrics (predictability, velocity, flow efficiency) for consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to OEM milestones.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in complex product development, preferably automotive or consumer electronics.
5+ years in Agile leadership roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Program Manager.
SAFe certification required (SAFe RTE, SPC, or SAFe Agilist preferred).
Willingness to travel quarterly for one-week domestic/international PI Planning events.
Experienced in multi-domain product development (hardware, software, acoustics, and compliance) within automotive or related industry.
Proficient in Lean-Agile and SAFe frameworks with demonstrated success in driving ART predictability and PI objective achievement.
Strong facilitator and stakeholder manager capable of aligning distributed teams and integrating compliance processes without delivery delays.
