Build and operate end-to-end healthcare data pipelines for the Neolytix data platform supporting client reporting and credentialing.
Implement and maintain the medallion lakehouse architecture and automated data validation processes to ensure high data quality and governance.
Achieve independent ownership of the data platform within 6-12 months, including onboarding new data sources and mentoring junior engineers.
4-7 years of relevant data engineering experience.

Experienced in healthcare data domain, especially US healthcare claims (835/837), EHR/practice-management systems, or revenue cycle management metrics.
Demonstrated ability to implement automated data validation, reconciliation, and certification for accurate reporting.
Capable of absorbing architectural decisions quickly and growing to independent platform ownership while mentoring junior staff.
