Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and practical usage of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for development acceleration.
Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain ERP software development with demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex business contexts.
Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional global teams with effective communication and mentoring capabilities.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), AI/ML, and databasing tools (Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake) indicating readiness to work on modern integrated supply chain systems.
