7+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, data platform delivery, or analytics program delivery.
Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure-as-code delivery models.
Experience managing cross-functional technical programs with multiple teams, dependencies, delivery constraints, and production launch requirements.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-team data and analytics engineering programs with strong stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills.
Capable of translating complex technical details into clear, concise communication for diverse audiences and driving practical decisions.
Proficient with tools and processes to maintain program documentation and delivery artifacts, including initial merge request reviews and use of AI tools to enhance program effectiveness.
