Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in complex product development, automotive or consumer electronics preferred.
5+ years in Agile leadership roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Program Manager.
SAFe certification required (SAFe RTE, SPC, or SAFe Agilist preferred); familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive compliance processes.
Experienced in leading large, cross-functional Agile Release Trains and managing dependencies in complex, multi-domain (hardware, software, acoustics) environments.
Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication with proven ability to deliver predictable ART outcomes and meet PI objectives consistently.
Comfortable operating in automotive product development ecosystem including domain-specific compliance standards and integration of shared assets and platforms across multiple brand teams.
