Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions to meet asset management and other GTS technical requirements.
Lead technical integration efforts using REST APIs, Maximo Integration Framework, and other middleware; ensure system performance, data migration, and security compliance.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, validation support, troubleshooting, and documentation in a hybrid IT and business collaboration environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
5-8 years experience in IBM Maximo development and customization, including Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite versions 8 or 9.
Proficient in Java, SQL, scripting languages (Python/JavaScript), Maximo Integration Framework, REST APIs, and Maximo configuration/customization.
Experience with BIRT reporting, IBM Maximo Mobile, workflows, and cloud/container tech (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experienced in complex Maximo system lifecycle management including development, integration, validation, and production support in a regulated environment.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs for asset management-focused IT solutions.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing technical mentorship, and implementing secure coding practices.
