Own and execute pre-silicon and post-silicon validation of Qualcomm IPs to ensure functional correctness and readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
Develop and deliver complex test hardware, automation, and analyze validation data for cell, sub-system, and system-level environments independently.
Drive debugging, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and communicate validation results in program reviews and forums while providing technical leadership within assigned scope.
Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline with 4+ years of industry experience in pre-silicon or post-silicon validation OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of similar experience.
Strong knowledge of analogue and digital semiconductor circuits and lab test equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, audio analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
Proficiency in test automation using Python, C, C#, and familiarity with emulation-based testing using C.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in pre-silicon or post-silicon validation as per degree qualification.
Experience leading technical validation activities with ownership of test plans, automation, and issue resolution to meet product and program goals.
Strong hands-on skills in both hardware and software testing environments including automation and data analytics for validation insight.
Technical proficiency balanced with the ability to drive cross-functional communication and provide technical guidance within high-complexity semiconductor validation projects.
