Design and own end-to-end interaction experiences for medium-to-large complex features, including user research, concept exploration, design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.
Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and design leads; contribute to design systems and ensure high-quality handoff and implementation.
6-10 years of UX Interaction Design experience.
Onsite work requirement primarily from HPE office.
Strong proficiency with Figma including components, variants, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
Solid understanding of accessibility, usability best practices, and working knowledge of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experienced in handling ambiguity and breaking down complex design problems with a systems-thinking approach.
Able to work cross-functionally to drive alignment on interaction patterns and user experience decisions.
Exposure to AI-powered design tools, enterprise UX, and/or domain expertise in security or networking is a plus but not mandatory.
