Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing product backlogs in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Experience working in globally distributed teams communicating across time zones (including some evening overlap with US time zones).
Experienced working with both legacy systems and modern AI-native technologies in a complex product environment.
Comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies, supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with engineering and US-based stakeholders.
Proficient in SQL and data analysis for KPI tracking and product decisions, and able to leverage AI tools as part of product workflow.
