Identify and prioritize new product opportunities in key therapy areas for US, Canada, Europe & ANZ markets focusing on low competition ANDA and complex generics.
Develop business cases incorporating inputs from R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, IP, commercial teams and estimate development costs and capex.
Present shortlisted products to senior management for pipeline addition aiming at sustained revenue growth and track industry trends including IMS data, new approvals, FTF and NDA opportunities.
Educational Qualification: B Pharm or M Pharm plus MBA.
Work Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in pharmaceutical/new product identification and portfolio management.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of IMS, Global Data, Evaluate, AddisInsight or similar databases; understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and drug development process.
Travel: Up to 20%; Geographic focus on US and other markets (Canada, Europe, ANZ).
Experienced in identifying pharmaceutical product opportunities within regulated markets, specifically ANDA, complex generics and dosage form extensions.
Strong business acumen with ability to integrate cross-functional inputs (R&D, IP, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial) into business cases for product prioritization.
Comfortable working in strategic roles involving collaboration with multiple internal teams and presenting to senior management with measurable growth targets.
