Design, develop, maintain, and debug embedded Linux and desktop software for mission-critical electrical infrastructure monitoring and diagnostics products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Hardware, Firmware, Test) to deliver integrated software solutions across the entire product lifecycle.
Implement industrial communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, etc.), support automated testing, and contribute to software architecture and quality improvements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in embedded software development or Linux-based/industrial software products.
Strong proficiency in C++ and modern software development practices with hands-on experience in multithreaded Linux environment software development and debugging.
Experience with industrial communication protocols and developing Linux-based applications and desktop software (C#, .NET, Qt, Java, or similar).
Experienced in developing software for electrical power, utilities, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure sectors with a focus on robust and secure systems.
Able to operate effectively in Agile Scrum teams and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient product delivery and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with embedded Linux (Yocto, Buildroot), industrial communication standards, cybersecurity best practices, and modern DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
