Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web, mobile, dashboards, and workflow systems including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Define and maintain design systems and UI standards ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency across applications.
Collaborate closely with product, frontend, backend, QA teams for design implementation and review; conduct usability assessments and provide improvement recommendations.
5+ years professional UI/UX design experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years experience acceptable without a degree.
Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents.
Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, admin portals, workflow systems, and responsive designs for web and mobile.
Role expects hybrid work model with approx. 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.
Experienced in complex enterprise or government IT projects with large-scale systems and production support exposure.
Able to independently handle assigned design modules with minimum supervision and mentor junior resources.
Comfortable working in agile/DevOps environments and coordinating across multiple technical and product teams for end-to-end delivery.
