Design end-to-end interaction experiences for medium-to-large complex features, including user research, concept exploration, design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.
Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions with a focus on scalability and system thinking.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, UX designers, and design leads; contribute to and extend design systems and maintain implementation fidelity.
6-10 years of experience in UX interaction design or equivalent role.
Must work primarily onsite at an HPE office as per job location requirement.
Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
Strong grasp of interaction design principles, UX heuristics, accessibility and usability best practices, and working knowledge of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experienced in handling ambiguity and breaking down complex UX problems with a systems thinking approach, not limited to screen-level design.
Capable of driving cross-team alignment on interaction patterns and able to participate actively in design critiques and workshops.
Familiarity or experience with enterprise networking, security domain UX, AI-powered design tools, and data-driven design/experimentation is preferred but not mandatory.
