Experience supporting 24x7 enterprise operations; strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced leader capable of managing enterprise-scale, complex network operations with cross-functional collaboration in global settings.
Hands-on expertise in network modernization, automation (Python, Ansible), hybrid cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and operational metrics management.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multi-vendor technologies and proven ability in driving escalation processes and vendor management.
