Manage product delivery resources across manufacturing sites, regions, markets, and partners to meet customer and financial objectives.
Own and develop Market Requirements Documents (MRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD), ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business strategy.
Drive product roadmap execution including launches, pricing reviews, sales support, and ensuring contribution margin and schedule commitments are met.
Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant field.
3-6 years experience in product and/or business management; product marketing experience preferred.
Standard security clearance required.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration across sales, manufacturing, marketing, R&D, and operations.
Experienced in owning end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap creation and implementation in a global environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate between sales, manufacturing, markets, and internal teams.
Ability to analyse market and financial data to prioritize enhancements and drive margin growth effectively.
