Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features, including user research, concept exploration, design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.
Own creation of detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, interaction patterns, micro-interactions, and edge cases.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX/design leads; participate in design critiques, workshops, and extend design systems ensuring implementation fidelity.
6-10 years work experience as UX Interaction Designer or similar role.
Onsite work expected primarily from HPE office in India.
Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
Strong grasp of interaction design principles, UX heuristics, accessibility and usability best practices, and working knowledge of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS/JS).
Able to handle ambiguity, think in system flows and scalable interaction patterns, not just screens.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally and driving alignment on UX standards and interaction decisions.
Familiar with usability testing tools and able to validate designs through research data and feedback loops.
