Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams within global capability center or shared services setup supporting U.S. operations.
Strong expertise in implementing and improving engineering standards, quality assurance, and operational excellence in large engineering organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships globally, drive strategic resource planning, mentor leadership pipelines, and deliver multi-discipline advanced manufacturing or facilities projects.
