Develop and maintain ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed-signal, and power management semiconductor products.
Own and execute test plans including implementation, debugging, failure analysis, and support for product bring-up, characterization, and validation.
Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, optimize test time and cost, and support production ramp and sustaining activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
3–6+ years of experience in test engineering or related field.
Experience with ATE platforms; familiarity with COHU DMDX, STS8300 is a plus.
Programming skills in C/C++, Python, or similar required along with knowledge of debugging analog and mixed-signal circuits and basic DFT concepts.
Experienced individual contributor with strong hands-on expertise in ATE test development and product validation for semiconductor products.
Capable of independently managing test schedules and solving complex engineering problems with occasional guidance.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and product teams to improve test quality, yield, and cost efficiency while supporting production activities.
