Own end-to-end execution of complex ASIC/FPGA/firmware/validation programs from planning to release, ensuring schedule, scope, and quality commitments are met.
Build and maintain integrated project plans and execution dashboards to track milestones, dependencies, risks, sprint progress, and release health across multiple concurrent firmware projects.
Act as key liaison among engineering, validation, product, and operations teams fostering cross-functional coordination, agile execution adoption, and continuous process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years experience in Engineering Program Management or related PMO roles, preferably supporting firmware, embedded, or systems teams.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and other project tracking/dashboard tools; solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting firmware validation, integration, or release cycles; familiarity with build & release tools and firmware execution metrics.
Experienced in managing end-to-end firmware and ASIC/FPGA development programs operating in complex technical environments with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum execution models and advanced program management tools with ability to drive transparency and risk management.
Skilled at cross-functional coordination and executive communication within geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
