Support design and maintenance of data pipelines and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) using CRM and other data sources for Environmental & Social Safeguards (E&S).
Assist in data cleaning, transformation, validation ensuring accurate reporting on E&S cases and metrics.
Build and refine reports and visualizations with features like Row-Level Security; support ad hoc data analysis for product/business decisions.
Pursuing or recently completed graduate degree (preferred) in Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative field; strong undergrad candidates considered.
1–6 years of relevant professional experience.
Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools, with Power BI preferred.
Basic understanding of data pipeline/ETL concepts.
Experience working with environmental/social risk or accountability data is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and Dynamics CRM data structures is advantageous.
Capable of handling large, complex datasets and communicating technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
