Manage 24×7 operational monitoring and incident response for cloud infrastructure focusing on cloud networking in AWS/Azure.
Perform incident triage, troubleshooting (connectivity, routing, DNS, load balancers), and escalate issues following NOC SOPs and escalation matrices.
Maintain incident records, participate in shift handovers, and support Major Incident Management with diagnostics and status updates.
5–7 years of experience in NOC, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Operations, or SRE roles with 24×7 shift-based operational support experience.

Experience with Linux and Windows server administration in cloud environments, incident response, and escalation processes.

Experienced in cloud networking operations and troubleshooting with certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or CCNA preferred.
Comfortable working in a structured 24×7 NOC shift environment with operational ownership and clear communication skills under pressure.
Familiar with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or Jira) with good documentation and incident tracking discipline.
