About This Role

Own key functional areas of the PTP Platform, a cloud-based securities processing system, contributing to strategic enhancements and client implementations.

Analyze user requirements, design solutions, estimate tasks, implement new features and enhancements in C++.

Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers within a small agile scrum team.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of commercial software development experience in C++.

Experience with SQL and Unix/Linux environments.

Relevant degree in a numeric discipline or equivalent work experience.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in strategic development and enhancement of financial platform software, preferably in trade lifecycle processing.

Comfortable in agile scrum teams, leading technical practices and mentoring peers.

Knowledge of event-driven messaging (Kafka), Oracle, financial markets, or C#/GUI development is advantageous but not mandatory.
