Own the technical product platform of the Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE) and Community Information Exchange (CIE), including interoperability, data and analytics layers, patient identity, record matching (eMPI), and single best record (SBR).
Drive product vision, strategy, and execution in close partnership with engineering teams in India and US-based public health leadership.
Set direction and priorities for cross-functional teams to unify complex technical components into a coherent exchange product that supports AI capabilities and platform-wide consent management.
8+ years of product management experience owning interoperability, health data or platform products; not primarily application or UI product management.
Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards: FHIR R4 and US Core, HL7 v2 and ADT, USCDI.
Hands-on experience with patient identity/record matching (eMPI) and master data systems such as SBR.
Ability to work from India with dependable overlap of US business hours.
Experienced in managing technically complex, multi-component health data exchange or platform products with coherent integration of interoperability, identity, analytics, and consent.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and privacy frameworks, at minimum HIPAA; familiarity with 42 CFR Part 2 or state consent regimes is a plus.
Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders, driving product strategy that meets payer risk adjustment, quality, and compliance needs.
