Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining, focusing on schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital tools to improve project visibility and control.
Maintain project schedules, update progress in Primavera/MS Project, run Earned Value Management analyses, and prepare management reports.
Build and operate digital/AI solutions including Power BI/Tableau dashboards, 5D BIM linkages, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT tracking, and GenAI assistants; coordinate documentation, stakeholder communication, and site visits.
4-8 years experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor of Engineering and MBA degrees required; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in large-scale, multi-billion dollar metals and mining capex projects with exposure to terminals, mines, beneficiation, smelters, and logistics.
Proficient in leveraging digital and AI technologies (5D BIM, digital twins, advanced scheduling/risk analytics, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, GenAI copilots) for project management.
Comfortable with extensive travel to project sites and client offices, and able to manage multi-stakeholder coordination and reporting.
