Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
Experience with Windows Server infrastructure, .Net application support, IIS, and SQL performance tuning (jobs, queries, blocking, Always On).
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Service Desk) and basic networking knowledge.
Experienced in handling Level 2 support in international settings with effective communication in English.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts supporting 24x7 operations with focus on client issue resolution.
Skilled in application performance monitoring and troubleshooting complex database/server performance in healthcare or enterprise software environments.
