Lead and oversee structural and base site condition surveys across Africa and Asia Area, ensuring accurate input into CWGC Condition Survey Software.
Manage the planning, development, and delivery of estates, infrastructure, maintenance, and refurbishment projects, coordinating with regional managers and operational teams using CWGC Project Management Office System.
Administer delegated project budgets, prepare contracts (including FIDIC), deliver preventative maintenance programs, handle accommodation repairs, and ensure health and safety compliance in project execution.
Recognised technical qualification (degree or equivalent) in building surveying, architecture, or conservation.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in relevant technical/engineering roles.
Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Possession of recognized Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely standard or equivalent).
Experienced in end-to-end project management including tendering for projects in the £50k to £300k range.
Skilled in preparing business cases and managing change and performance at an operational level within multi-cultural and complex environments.
Familiar with surveying practices, conservation-based estate management, and comfortable with travel to remote or lone working locations.
