Experience balancing 70% technical responsibilities with 30% management duties, including team motivation and coordination.
Background in avionics domain or relevant software standards and processes (Avionics Domain Process, DO Guidelines, Coding standards) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, quality audit processes, and additional scripting knowledge (Python, Shell) will be advantageous.
