Analyze and validate new business requirements for Billing Data Hub applications related to non-production environments and support Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT).
Coordinate with requirement owners to build Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and develop test cases for billing platform enhancements and releases.
Support billing application setups, documentation, process improvements, and production release milestones as part of the Billing Transformation Program.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance.
4-5 years progressive experience, preferably in Financial Services or Banking industry.
Experience writing BRDs, test cases, and executing test scenarios.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL and JIRA is a plus.
Experienced in complex operational financial data analysis and variance reporting within financial services.
Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interface with multiple stakeholder levels and lead testing and documentation activities.
