Contribute to performance engineering, scalability validation, and reliability assurance for applications and infrastructure platforms within Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering.
Design workload models, build performance scripts, execute load and stress tests, analyze bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations using tools like Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
Collaborate with engineering domains, development teams, DevSecOps, and support teams to validate application behavior under various test scenarios including peak, stress, endurance, and failover conditions.
Minimum 4 years of related experience in performance testing or similar role.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Fiddler, and related monitoring/analysis tools.
Familiarity or general understanding of infrastructure testing concepts including Linux/Windows, network connectivity, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD automation preferred.
Experienced in rapid development environments working as part of multi-disciplinary engineering teams focused on performance testing solutions.
Able to design, automate, and execute performance test scenarios aligned with non-functional requirements and company testing guidelines.
Collaborates well across teams including development, DevSecOps, and operations to ensure traceability, defect resolution, and integration of performance testing within delivery pipelines.
