Provide operational support for identity management systems including application and client onboarding and certificate renewals.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience supporting identity management systems and processes.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, authentication standards and protocols.
Work location requirement: Hybrid role based in Gurgaon/Noida with minimum three days per week onsite.
Experienced with identity management tools and technologies, preferably with certifications like CISSP or CISM.
Familiarity with ADFS, Okta, RSA/Outseer and Single Sign-On technologies including SAML 2.0, WS-FED, OIDC.
Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and works collaboratively across teams to deliver operational excellence.
