Lead and manage Design & Build, New Build, and Addition & Alteration (A&A) construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Oversee multi-disciplinary coordination including Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, and ACMV works across project execution phases.
Manage client, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, and authority relationships to resolve design and site issues and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.

Experienced in handling complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects within Singapore's regulatory environment, indicating readiness to manage diverse construction disciplines.
Demonstrates operational leadership in project execution, cost control, manpower and procurement management across different project types.
Capable of effective coordination and problem-solving across multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities, aligning with a demanding construction project environment.
