Design, build, and deploy custom AI Copilot agents and solutions integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
Develop and optimize AI architectures, including RAG-based agents, prompt flows, semantic memory, and agent-to-agent communication frameworks such as A2A and MCP.
Collaborate with business teams and Microsoft platform owners to translate use cases into scalable AI applications, develop POCs, ensure Responsible AI and governance compliance, and improve AI agent performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5 to 8 years of experience in AI solution development, Microsoft Cloud engineering, or automation platforms.
Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and knowledge of AI architecture patterns such as RAG and prompt chaining.
Experience with programming languages like Python, C#, React or TypeScript and familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, SPFx development, and Responsible AI principles.
Experienced in architecting and operationalizing complex AI Copilot solutions within Microsoft cloud and Power Platform ecosystems.
Capable of translating business requirements into scalable AI applications and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including data engineers and solution architects.
Familiar with AI governance standards, agent communication frameworks, and implementing robust, retrieval-augmented generation AI agent capabilities.
