8+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or PMO roles supporting firmware or embedded systems teams.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and project tracking tools; solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting firmware validation, integration, or release cycles; strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder firmware or embedded systems projects with a focus on execution excellence.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices and capable of standardizing execution and reporting processes across teams.
Comfortable driving alignment and risk mitigation across geographically distributed teams and ambiguous environments.
