Experience range: Fresher to 6 months.
Must have strong leadership and people management skills.
Familiarity with Blue Prism, Python, Tableau, or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Capable of managing and coordinating multiple teams and projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
Experience or strong interest in applying LEAN principles, robotics, or AI in data operations.
Comfortable working in a data-intensive financial transactions environment focused on operational excellence and client delivery.
