Strong Linux and Windows server administration skills in cloud environments.
Experience with incident response, escalation in shift-based 24×7 NOC operations; camera-on policy required for virtual meetings.
Experienced in cloud networking troubleshooting including diagnostics for latency, routing, and firewall issues in AWS/Azure environments.
Comfortable working under pressure in 24×7 shift rotations with clear communication during incidents and handovers.
Familiar with cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana) and ITSM systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
