About This Role

Own the design and delivery of cloud-native, distributed microservices architectures addressing complex business problems using SDLC processes.

Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams including software, quality, and reliability engineers, while collaborating with stakeholders across product, business, and sales.

Define, maintain, and report technical SLAs/SLOs/SLIs and ensure compliance with secure development guidelines and operational KPIs including DevSec and FinOps.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of software engineering and system architecture experience, including strong coding and troubleshooting skills in Java, Angular (18+), SpringBoot, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript.

7+ years experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure), cloud-native solution design, microservices (Java, SpringBoot, GKE/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Helm, Terraform.

Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or other relational DBs) and leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) as well as designing or integrating AI-powered application features.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced technical leader with a strong cross-system architectural vision and proven ability to lead complex, scalable cloud-native solutions.

Technically hands-on architect with a demonstrated capacity to translate business needs into robust technical designs and guide multiple teams in execution.

Comfortable operating in regulated environments with experience managing SLAs, security compliance, and integrating AI-driven development and application engineering practices.
