Configure, enhance, and maintain critical GxP enterprise applications (eQMS, LIMS) to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Support system changes, integrations, releases, and optimize workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
Serve as escalation point for issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in Application Support Engineering including advanced support and system administration.
Experience with Enterprise Applications is mandatory.
Must be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru, India.
Experience supporting Smart Manufacturing Applications such as LIMS, eQMS, and MES is preferred.
Prior exposure to regulated environments like SOX, FDA, and GMP is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a globally distributed and matrixed environment.
