Lead and own end-to-end testing strategy and execution for large-scale ERP and supply chain transformation programs including the o9 EOP platform across multiple regions (NALA, MEU, AMEA).
Manage all testing phases including SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing, defect management, and Go-Live readiness, coordinating with business, technical teams, and vendors.

Skilled in defining/running structured test management and governance frameworks across multiple workstreams and regions.
Capable of stakeholder management at senior levels, driving quality outcomes, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
