Own and support the Wells Digital Platform including operation, maintenance, and backlog prioritization to maximize business value.
Develop and update product roadmap; define the vision, strategy, and align digital solutions with Wells functional objectives.
Engage in sprint planning and collaborate with global IT and operations teams for delivery of advanced digital products supporting well construction and execution workflows.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, civil, or electrical engineering with minimum CGPA of 7.5.
Minimum 5 years total work experience in Oil and Gas, including at least 3 years in Applications Support or Business Analysis and 1 year field experience in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers.
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting digital applications, SQL databases, API integrations, and knowledge of Security & Control, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
Experience in Oil and Gas with focus on Drilling, Completions, or Workovers and digital product ownership supporting well construction workflows.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear backlog items and success metrics, working in Agile environments.
Strong digital awareness with understanding of engineering design processes (casing design, directional planning, completion design) and software tools used on rig/frac sites.
