Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in forecasting, commercial analytics, or data science; or Master’s with 10+ years experience.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical forecasting including pipeline and inline portfolio management.
Hands-on experience with Excel-based forecasting models and simulation techniques.
Work location: Amgen India Hyderabad office; onsite minimum 3 days per week.
Experienced leader comfortable managing cross-regional forecasting programs involving global, U.S., and internal Indian teams.
Strong commercial and pharmaceutical analytics background with ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
Familiarity and demonstrated use of AI and automation tools to enhance forecasting processes and generate actionable insights.
