Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple global functions ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Own governance processes including programme integrated plans, risk/issue escalation (RAID), change control, and stakeholder management in alignment with enterprise transformation standards.
Manage transition activities including business case monitoring, knowledge transfer planning, recruitment support, and ensure smooth orchestration of toll gates and project health reporting.
10+ years of demonstrated project management and PMO experience.
Mandatory project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or CPMP.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years with project and transition management exposure; transition across multiple functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Tech etc.) in a consumer goods environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional, global projects with multi-stakeholder engagement and strong governance focus.
Able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring strategic planning, risk management, and proactive escalation.
Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and delivering projects through both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
