Own the technical product platform for Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE) and Community Information Exchange (CIE), including interoperability, data/analytics layer, patient identity and record matching (eMPI), and single best record (SBR).
Drive cross-functional product work setting direction and priorities for engineering and platform teams based in India, collaborating closely with US-based public health leadership.
Build and unify platform capabilities including consent management and AI-driven reconciliation agents to form the exchange's technical backbone.
8+ years in product management with deep ownership of interoperability, health or SDOH data, or platform products (not primarily UI/application product management).
Working command of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR R4 and US Core, USCDI, HL7 v2 and ADT.
Hands-on product experience with patient identity or record matching (eMPI) and system of record/master data layer (SBR).
Ability to work from India with dependable US-hours overlap; familiarity with healthcare privacy and consent regulations such as HIPAA.
Experienced in owning technically complex, multi-component healthcare data/platform products and making them cohere into one unified product.
Comfortable managing platform products that integrate interoperability, identity, data ingestion, analytics, and consent management within health information exchanges.
Capable of partnering closely with engineering teams remotely (India-based with US collaboration) and engaging with clinical, regulatory, and product stakeholders to ensure compliance and clinical accuracy.
