Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA end-to-end & roll-out projects across Asia Pacific with emphasis on China localization requirements including Golden Tax and e-invoicing.
Own project life cycle management from requirement gathering through design, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and support ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
Responsible for resource rationalization, project reviews, risk management, P&L targeting margin, revenue recognition, cost forecasting and governance including Statement of Work ownership.
12 to 15 years of SAP experience with SAP Project Management background.

Experience managing full project lifecycle and agile small project implementations including transition management.
Experienced in managing multi-phase SAP projects with cross-cultural exposure in Asia Pacific, especially China market.
Comfortable with end-to-end project ownership including financial management like P&L, margin, and forecasting.
Skilled in process optimization, resource management, customer engagement and driving continuous improvement in delivery and operational efficiency.
