Lead support, configuration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of enterprise customer network security environments, including cloud/hybrid infrastructure with Microsoft Azure networking.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco), routing protocols, and Azure networking components.
Plan and execute network/security changes with risk assessment and maintain comprehensive documentation and technical standards.

Experienced in operating across diverse enterprise and hybrid cloud environments with high troubleshooting and documentation standards.
Capable of mentoring peers, improving service quality, and balancing operational demands with governance and technical rigor.
