Provide functional and technical support for FHS business applications including troubleshooting, resolving user queries and software issues, and escalating as needed.
Administer system master data, monitor interfaces between FHS IS and external systems, and maintain user documentation such as User Guides and Knowledge Management databases.

Experienced in airline supply chain modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Planning, and Stores/Logistics.
Strong understanding of maintenance information systems with ability to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels.
Skilled in digital tools like QlikSense, SKYWISE, SAP basics, and advanced Google Sheets formulas for reporting and data analysis.
