Lead a small team of 2-3 Test Engineers in Salesforce testing projects.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Salesforce applications across multiple environments (sandbox, UAT, production).
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and continuous QA process improvement.
5+ years of QA experience with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce projects and 2 years leading a small team.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Sales, Service and Experience Cloud testing experience.
Experience with QA methodologies, test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing), and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Experienced in leading and mentoring small QA teams within Salesforce environments.
Skilled in designing effective test plans for complex business processes involving Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud modules.
Able to collaborate effectively with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to align QA processes with project goals and recommend process improvements.
