Own and mature the non-human identity and access program including service accounts, workload identities, API keys, tokens, and certificates across a multi-cloud AI-driven enterprise.
Implement and govern privileged access management with just-in-time access, vaulting, session control, and enforce least-privilege for machine and human identities.
Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to embed automated identity controls, secrets management, and maintain identity governance through periodic access reviews and entitlement management.
5 to 7 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering experience.
Expertise securing machine and non-human identity: service accounts, workload identities (AWS IAM roles, OIDC federation), API keys, tokens, certificates, and secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
Hands-on experience deploying and operating Privileged Access Management (PAM) with just-in-time and least-privilege models.
Location preference: India - Bangalore or Chennai.
Deep understanding of service-to-service authentication/authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and mTLS in complex multi-cloud environments (AWS primary).
Experience automating identity management via scripting (Python, PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for large-scale workloads.
Proven ability to architect least-privilege IAM models and govern machine identity at scale within AI/ML/agentic systems environments.
