Perform cost management activities on capital projects or portfolios including cost estimation, budgeting, tracking, and financial reporting to ensure projects meet budget and financial targets.
Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures to support project budgeting, controls, planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
Manage cost control systems and project performance analysis including earned value, deviations, status reports, and implement Cost Management of Change (CMOC) process and risk-based contingency strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from an AICTE-recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Engineering including estimating, scheduling, cost control, management of change, progress measurement, and forecasting.
Experience with project controls activities and general understanding of capital project execution and project management systems.
