Professional proficiency in English and fluency in local language.
Work Experience Required: Experience working with suppliers, workshops and customer yards; exposure to naval projects and quality-critical deliveries is advantageous.
Experienced in emerging markets or India shipbuilding environment with knowledge of propulsion systems, preferably Waterjets and CPP.
Strong project management and execution skills with ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder environments including suppliers, shipyards, and internal teams.
