Lead and deliver enterprise-wide Digital Technology transformation projects in a hybrid work setting, managing full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), drive risk mitigation, oversee project financials including budgeting and forecasting, and manage project governance using RLPM operating model.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Experienced in complex Digital Technology project management within aerospace, manufacturing, or technology sectors, preferably involving digital transformation initiatives.
Skilled in strategic project governance and delivering measurable business outcomes using frameworks like RLPM.
Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment with capability to communicate and influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
